About your trainer
Mike Causer
Experience:
Coming from an athletics background having trained along side Olympic level athletes and coaches for years gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to training and competing at international level.
Filtering the knowledge gained from his own training experience along side his educational background Mike has worked within a variety of different sports in the strength and conditioning setting including: RFL level rugby league, college national basketball, national level track and field athletes and with combat sports athletes.
Now working within the gym and personal training environment Mike's seen great success working with a variety of different clients from a range of different ability levels and experience. Whether the goal is weight loss, muscle gain or sports performance, Mike has you covered.
