Personal Training

1 - 1 personal training with out head coach Mike provides you with tailored workouts designed specifically for your individual goals, ensuring every session is built to meet your unique targets.

The attention and feedback you receive during sessions ensures you will be working with optimal technique and performing at the right intensity for you.

Keeping you motivated and accountability from a dedicated trainer will help to keep you commitment to your training programme.

A continuously evolving training programme keeps training fresh and engaging whilst helping you achieve the results you want fast.

Cancellations, Reschedules and Refunds policy.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your session otherwise the session will be lost.

Sessions may be rescheduled within the same week subject to availability of the trainer but cannot be guaranteed. 

In the event of your trainer cancelling a booking you will be entitled to a full refund if we are unable to reschedule your session.

Outside of this their will be no refunds in the event of missed or unused sessions.

About your trainer

Mike Causer

Experience: 

 

Coming from an athletics background having trained along side Olympic level athletes and coaches for years gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to training and competing at international level.

 

Filtering the knowledge gained from his own training experience along side his educational background Mike has worked within a variety of different sports in the strength and conditioning setting including: RFL level rugby league, college national basketball, national level track and field athletes and with combat sports athletes.

 

Now working within the gym and personal training environment Mike's seen great success working with a variety of different clients from a range of different ability levels and experience. Whether the goal is weight loss, muscle gain or sports performance, Mike has you covered.

 

Qualifications:

 

MSc. Sport Science - Strength & Conditioning (Santander Scholarship - University of Chester, 2016 - 2017)

 

BSc. Physical Activity & Health - First Class Honours (University of Chester, 2015 - 2016)

 

FdSc. Exercise, Health & Fitness - Distinction (St. Helens College, 2013 - 2015)

 

Level 3 Personal Trainer & Nutritional advisor (St. Helens College, 2014 - 2015)
